APPOINTMENTS & RESERVATIONS

We strongly recommend that you schedule spa appointments prior to your arrival at the Spa. All spa appointments must be guaranteed with a credit card. Please let us know upon making your reservation if you have a preference for one of our professional spa therapists.

CANCELLATION

Treatment times are reserved especially for you. We kindly request that cancellations or changes to appointments be made at least 24 hours in advance. Spa appointments canceled with less than 24-hour notice are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. No shows will also be charged at the full spa treatment price.

ARRIVAL

We suggest that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment in order to change and relax prior to your service. If you are delayed in your arrival, please remember your service will end at its original time to avoid inconveniencing other guests. During your visit you will be provided with a spa robe and slippers. Lockers are available in the dressing room for your personal belongings.

SERVICE CHARGE

For your convenience, a 20% service charge will be added for all services at checkout. Gratuities are optional and are left at your discretion. Gratuities are retained in full by the provider(s) performing the service(s).

VALUABLES

Please do not bring or leave valuables in the facility or lockers. We are not responsible for any theft or loss of personal property, including jewelry or other personal items.

PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards or room charges.

AGE REQUIREMENTS

Guests of all ages are welcome to experience our nail services in the nail salon. Guests between 16-18 are welcome to enjoy facials and massage treatments with written consent of the guardian, and they will be booked with the same sex service providers as the guest.
